As a Project Manager at Tech Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We are seeking a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and track progress against milestones.
- Monitor project activities, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure project success.
- Resource Management
- Allocate project resources and coordinate team members’ tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, updates, and milestones.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to provide progress reports and gather feedback.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Risk Management
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
- Certification (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
